Today economy globalization and global informatization are the trends of world development. As the pioneer and the main position in human informatization development modern cities, especially big cities , are playing an important role in area economy and social development .Urban informatization has become the new topic and new engine of urban development and its development level indicates the city comprehensive competition power. The future cities of new generation and high competition power must be the cities of high-level informatization .Urban informatization is a kind of complicated dynamic evolvement of technology, economy and society interaction, However, money-input is the foundation of urban informatization construction in all input. So, We should research on systematic reflection and systematic theory, which can guide money-input of informatization construction more healthy and orderly.The thesis is based on the theories and methods of system science, dissipative structure, and etc. It combines theory with practice to analyse money-input of urban informatization construction by the numbers.The main fruits of the thesis are:(1) According to the thought of system, the thesis defines the money-input system of urban informatization and its three components .(2) The paper also applies the idea of dissipative structure to analysis the four condition by which the money-input system can be dissipatived.(3) The paper puts forward a dissipative structure model of urban informatization money-input .And study the dissipation mature of its three components.(4) Put forwards a dynamic thought of sustainable dissipative structure of money-input and the way of realization.
