Countermeasures For The Management And The Management Problems Of The Military Academies

Management is of great importance in the survival and improvement of the modern society. With the increasing development of managerial theory and practice, humanistic management becomes more and more influential. Among various managerial elements, human being has virtually become the first and core one, which is valued and applied widely. This kind of management thought is first used in business circles and now has become trend of management reform of colleges and universities, which reflects managerial nature of higher education. As an important part of colleges and universities, the military colleges and universities are faced with new challenges and tests in current epochal background and social environment, which bring about many new situations and problems. However, root of every new situation lies in changes of human being and various contradictions brought about by those new problems are representation of problems of human being, which finally focus on"human being". Therefore, emphasizing on human factors, solving new problems through new concepts and seeking for new breakthrough through new mentality are objective and realistic requirements of exploring managerial problems of military colleges and universities in the new situation.The thesis first explores and compares different developing histories of Chinese and Western humanistic thoughts, analyzes and compares developing process of Western humanistic management theory and its relative hypothesis of human nature in a meticulous way. Then elaborate basic factors and content that humanistic management should involve and its applied principles in detail. Considering existing main managerial problems of current domestic military colleges and universities, the thesis carefully analyzes their reasons and advances corresponding countermeasures from humanistic management's angle. The thesis is of due realistic meaning and theoretical value.
