| Prison management system is the core of prison managements. Prison management issues not only relate to prisons'security and stability and results of rehabilitation of offenders, but also influent the security of the state governance and social stability widely. Because of China's large number of prison, the large population of prisoners, the complex situation, the prison management system has many problems. In recent years, humanistic management system has been applied by more and more prisons, and achieved some success, but because of the lack of uniform standards, practices vary in different prisons and obtained mixed results. How to manage and rehabilitate prisoners scientifically and rationally is of great significance to stabilizing the prison order and improving the effectiveness of the prisoners'rehabilitation and even building a socialist harmonious society.Since the 1980s, domestic scholars have achieved some results in humanistic prison management research, but in general, the researches are dispersed. Overall, the depth and breadth of the research are still limited and lack a complete system. On the one hand, due to the late start of researches on humanistic prison management system, the theoretical framework is not perfect, and there exist some defects in many theoretical module; on the other hand, the study of humanistic management system lags far behind China's prison management practices.Based on the reality of China's prison management system, this thesis puts up ideas and policy proposals completing the humanistic prison management system through studying the evolution and development of China's prison management system, through comprehensively, systematically, deeply analyzing problems in the construction of humanistic prison management system with Chinese characteristics, through taking full account of our political and economic environment and prison management features, and through learning from the useful experience of developed countries. |
