Research On Land Use Change Survey In Fukang City Under New Circumstance Of Law Enforcement Supporting By Satellite Aerial Photography

Land change survey is a basic summary statistics work for the survey results. It is based on the national land survey and conducts a survey of land use change in status. Since 2011, the Ministry of land and resources Put forward the "a map project", it combined the land change survey with Law Enforcement Supporting by Satellite Aerial Photography, and realized the “one check multi-purpose” of land investigation results and changed the normal supervision.By means of establishing computer network system of"batch, supply, use, repair, check" integrated platform of information regulation, it can survey the legality of land for construction of new screening and urge local governments to investigation and rectification of illegal land. Law Enforcement Supporting by Satellite Aerial Photography is the most advanced land surveying ways, illegal behavior can timely and effective detection and punishment of land and other land resources. Since Law Enforcement Supporting by Satellite Aerial Photography was started in 2011, although a powerful blow to the illegal land behaviors, but there still exists some problems, just like the administrative cost of investment is too large, and the case with low proportion issues such as law enforcement and the guard sheet.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and statistical analysis method, research on the exposed problem of Fukang city land by Law Enforcement Supporting by Satellite Aerial Photography, combined with the previous ways of working method, screening at the present stage of land change survey work problems, analyze the reasons about the problem, discuss the problem of Law Enforcement Supporting by Satellite Aerial Photography, and finally put forward to solve the problem. There are 4 points:(1) to speed up the land change survey standardization, standardized investigation;(2) to strengthen land management, strict supervision report to the land change data;(3)actively promote the cohesion between the various departments, the data collection system of perfect land change;(4) improve the land change survey software technical personnel, improve the operation level.
