Historical Materialism Interpretation Of The Chinese Dream

18th CPC National Congress established the "two one-hundred-years goal", Xi Jinping proposed to achieve " the Chinese Dream" to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, which represents the strongest voice of the times to the whole CPC, the Chinese people and the world. As a result, the Chinese Dream has become the new governing philosophy of the new leadership and the common goal for the Chinese nation and the Chinese people. It also has become the main theme and great sprite of the modern China. Applying Marxist materialism Science to analyze the Chinese dream has a significant meaning. This article aims to deeply feel the abundant cultural tradition and the dynamic meaning of the Chinese Dream; to thoroughly understand the rich theory base and the realistic basement of it; and to explain the real meaning and the way to realize it from the material and spiritual stimulus point of view. This paper is trying to explain that the Chinese Dream is the ideal and the spiritual strength for the offspring of the Chinese nation conceptually, to reveal the correct direction and path to realize the Chinese Dream practically, and to point out the ways and requirements to realize it theoretically.The first part starts with the ancient Chinese people’s desire and pursuit, states back to five thousand years of Chinese nation’s dream pursuing journey to seek a better life and the self-reliance and perseverance gene beneath it. It tells the glorious history of the sons and daughters of the Chinese nation’s pursuit of social progress, and the strong belief therefore goes after it. It clarifies the unique Evolution process and reveals the deep historical and cultural origins of the China dream. The Chinese Dream has broad sight view, deep and profound historical implication, and era connotation. The second part of this paper using the classical theory of historical materialism, standing at the material and cultural level, starting from the organic unity point of view, shows that the Chinese Dream is the essential connotation of the national prosperity, the nation revitalization and the people’s happiness. It reaches a full interpretation that the Chinese Dream is a dream that pursuits national richness, people richness, a dream that looks forward to the integration of the material richness and the culture strength. The Chinese Dream has not only strong material strength but also has spiritual power. The Chinese Dream is both the common goal for Chinese people and the final ideal for the Chinese nation. The third part of this paper lists a large number of facts and figures, trying to show that the Chinese Dream is not a utopian dream. The proposal of the Chinese Dream inherits the cultural tradition of the Chinese nation to chase dreams. It is based on the real needs of today’s Chinese society. China already has the features of a powerful country and the conditions of an international competitiveness. The remarkable modernization achievements lay a solid material foundation for the Chinese Dream. The proposal of the Chinese Dream provides the Chinese nation and the Chinese people strong belief and spirit power. The socialist road with Chinese characteristics guarantees a strong political system in the realization of the Chinese Dream. All of these powerfully demonstrate that the proposal of the Chinese Dream has historical inevitability and realistic necessity and possibility, and prove the scientific and practical possibility. The fourth part of this article focuses on proving that the Chinese Dream all boils down to the Chinese people no matter from the contents, the practices or from the final goals. This paper analyzes the practical value and the main body of the Chinese Dream, and expounds that the realization of the dream cannot be separated from the people. People are the main body to pursuer and realize the dream. People are the powerful material force. The Chinese Dream can only be achieved when everything is for the Chinese people, when it fully believes the people, and when it is completely by the people. The fifth part of this article focuses on and discusses the path to realize the Chinese Dream. It demonstrates the full realization of the dream, which requires both physical and spiritual level; both the institution and conception level. First and foremost is to implement the "four comprehensives" which is the core strategic blueprint of this new era of governance. In the meantime, we must unswervingly take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, promote the spirit of China and unite the Chinese power.
