In the field of justice, the pressure of public opinion formation network have a greater impact on the judiciary, the judiciary and the judicial system will be. Network of public opinion as a form of citizens’ right to freedom of expression, for the exercise of judicial powers of oversight to prevent abuse, protect procedural fairness has a better supervisory role. But at the same time, as a result of participating in the network of low threshold, published opinion has anonymity, emotional characteristics, making the network once it is unreasonable to manipulate public opinion, it will lose its positive sense, the impact of judicial independence, judicial authority or even justice. Network of public opinion focused judicial cases have compelling network keyword, as in recent years, the impact of the case, "hide and seek", "my dad is Li Gang," "temporary rape", "race Jia Xin" "thank roommate grace not to kill," etc., are able to stimulate the public’s nerves, causing widespread public concern. From the formation of the characteristics of the network public opinion, litigation influence to 20 patients from 2005 to 2014 was the typical case of detailed analysis and comparison, from the perspective of empirical research on how to explore network public opinion influence, what are the effects on the judicial justice.
