With the advent of the new media era, the readily available and rapidly transmittable advantages makes network platform become the emerging consensus position, which is different from that of the traditional medias. The 21st century, the influence of network public opinion on justice is continuously increasing, characterized by a series of cases that serious conflicts happen between network public opinion and judicial trial. From the analysis on Li Changkui case, the Yao Jiaxin case and Deng Yujiao case, it is found that the network public opinion is gradually beyond the scope of the judicial supervision. The conflicts between network public opinion and justice are growing, and "trial" of public opinion is tardily showing up. Doubly judged by administrative organ and public opinion, judicial authority is facing a trouble of status variation.Through the interpretation of these problems, the positive and negative influence of network public opinion on judicial trial is floated up. Non-rational network public opinion damages the independence, the impeding and the authority of justice, and the main cause of these negative effects is including the irrationality of network public opinion, the simple sense of justice, the social stratum differentiation and the low judicial credibility. On this basis, the author puts forward that the judicial should be independent from the network public opinion, and obey, supervised and guide the network public opinion rationally, having reasonable trade-off between the two different values and interests, to realizes the benign interaction of justice and public opinion.
