Research On The Limited Time Management Mode Of Mobile Vendors In Wuxi Xinwu District

The existence of mobile vendors has both positive effect will also have a new social problems,the relevant departments in the past mainly rely on the rough "containment" way to manage mobile vendors,but with the rise of the media since the contradiction between vendors and law enforcement departments frequently exposed to public view.Study on domestic endors management mainly includes the macro superstructure(policy,law enforcement,changing the concept of legal system construction etc.)and microcosmic management(the introduction of third party power,space time optimal allocation of resources,optimize the allocation of resources)two categories,most of these studies on managers perspective and countermeasure analysis,lack of in order to study the perspective and empirical analysis of vendors.Based on the time management model as the research direction,because at present the management mode in time management mode has the characteristics of economy,long-term,flexible,managers do not have too much upfront,does not need to occupy the limited resources of the city,this management mode will not result in direct conflict management and management the long-acting treatment effect.This paper takes Wuxi Xinwu District mobile vendors as the research object,design the questionnaire investigation for the vendors,and the data statistics and build probit model through statistical analysis and regression analysis of data,mobile vendors operating households to reveal limited willingness to accept management mode and its influencing factors,and these factors in order to achieve optimize the allocation of resources in the time of vendor management and provide policy recommendations for the purpose.This study shows that the vendors were male,higher education(especially high education),members and is unable to live independently in the family business income accounted for the proportion of household income is high,average monthly amount was fined,received limited mode of operation and management experience of these factors has a significant positive effect on the willingness to accept and the operator,age,business income,business types of items,business tools did not significantly affect the willingness to accept.According to the influence factors of limited data is the premise of management mode to guide the implementation of recommendations,the relevant functional departments should establish endors management information system,and for the vendors of information collection and control.According to the research conclusion,suggestions for implementing the model,as far as possible and vendors of male family members interviewed;strengthen the propaganda of vendors set up related policies and regulations;and the influence factors of the threshold condition;before the implementation of appropriate improving law enforcement;through various channels and mobile vendors on the management model to improve the understanding of mobile vendors the management mode is the willingness to accept.
