The “black Marriages” Phenomenon Of Rural Youth

The main branch of study is to research the "black marriages" phenomenon of rural youth, and use the method of pluralistic discourse and process event to analysis the causes and mechanism of the phenomenon. At the same time, it also analysis the game between cultural tradition and modernity and the relations between the state and the farmers by means of the strategy and structure. With a qualitative approach, it observes the "black marriages" phenomenon in a village of Fujian, interview the marriage law, parents-in-law, village leaders, the outsider and apply generic and situational analysis to the data. The study find that the "black marriages" is the product of the compete between tradition concept and the family planning policy in countryside, which are the best ways of achieveing the childbirth goal for the rural youth. To some degree, an important basis was provided for comprehensive of the "black marriages" of the Confucian order and acquaintance society. The structure of the village economy and the difference in urban and rural areas are the prerequisites for rural youths to make the option of "black marriages". In addition, the tradition and modernity is a Great Game in the "black marriages" phenomenon, and the demands of the state always win with a new type of store. "Black marriages" is a reasonable choice for the youth that overlook the moral and social responsibility. And when we see through the appearance to perceive the essence, we can fand that the relations between national relations and farmers are not static but dynamic and interactional.
