The Study On The Real Results Of Our Country Moral Construction

Moral construction is an important part of socialist modernization construction in our country, not only related to the social harmony, but also is closely related to people’s happy life. Since the founding of new China, under the leadership of the Communist Party Of China, guided by the Marxism of moral construction, the Communist Party Of China attaches great importance to the moral construction, sum up the experiences of revolution of moral construction and for the smooth transition from a new-democratic society of our country to the socialist society and socialist construction has ensured the good mental power to a great degree. More than 30 years of reform and opening up, which prompted rapid transformation of our society, made the great achievement of economic construction, social changes in every field, the change of speed, range, strength is unprecedented, we are crazy for it, all over the world are shocked by that. However, in recent years, along with the rapid development of economic and social significant progress in our country, there also appeared a lot of wicked, moral phenomenon. Deeply analyze the characterization of the current outstanding moral problems, Research the deep reasons of the moral issues, to reveal the causes of the inefficient moral construction, will help people to deepen understanding of the current moral situation and moral condition, to clear thinking and moral construction and moral governance countermeasure, thus improve the moral ethical construction effectiveness, vigorously promoting moral development and progress in China. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is mainly to review and summarize the history of more than 60 years moral construction in our country, and moral construction in China’s history can be divided into four parts: the seven years of the founding of the moral construction, the exploration of the socialist road construction period and moral construction of reform and opening period, comprehensively deepen reform since the moral construction with the Marxism stand, viewpoint and method.The second part theoretically analyzes the "moral", "construction", "ethics" and "effectiveness", and defines the connotation of "morality construction", "efficiency", "moral construction effectiveness" combining with the current domestic scholar’s research results, which also provides a theoretical basis for setting the standard of "ethics" achievement the actual effect.The third part shows that, the moral construction of our country has obtained the obvious achievement under the Party and government’s great important attachment, but there are many problems are not allowed to ignore.The fourth part explores the main causes of inefficiency of the moral construction since the reform and opening of our country from three aspects, which ignoring the "top-level design" for the construction of morality, the insufficiency of Communist Party member’s "pioneer leading role", insufficient “preparation of theory” of moral construction.The fifth part put forward the countermeasures for the new period of our country’s moral construction effectiveness according to the causes of the inefficient and the situation of moral construction.
