| The construction of service-oriented party organization is the embodiment of the Communist Party of China which put one’s heart and soul into the aim of serving the people, which is to meet the need of the transformation of the functions of the party organization under the new situation. The service of college party organization construction to the Party leadership in Colleges and universities and the core status consolidated, in relation to the university reform development and stability.This article first from the public service, the construction of service-oriented party organization and the construction of service-oriented university party organization in the existing research literature review of existing research, then defines the "services", "service-oriented party organization" and other core concepts, and then from three aspects of the Marxism doctrine of Party construction, the Communist Party of China view the service ideas and new public service theory discusses the basic theory of service-oriented party organization. then analyzes the practice and experience of the construction of the service type of Party organizations at home and abroad. This paper takes Z University as a case to study, sums up the results and obtains main practices of the construction of service-oriented party organization of Z University, points out the problems in the sense of service, service system, service support, service ability, service evaluation and service incentive and so on. Finally, from establishing and implementing the "teacher and student centered" concept, establishing and perfecting the service-oriented party organization system, perfecting the service type party organization service mechanism, improving service type party organization innovation service ability, diversifying service carrier, consolidating service security of service-oriented organization proposed to promote the service-oriented party organization construction of Z University. |
