Combined with the reason whythe United States can longstanding in the relations between China and Japan, we know that weshould insisted explore policy in handle the relationship between China with the United States,and China with Japan.The thesis is divided into four parts，the first part introduces the Situation of Sino-Japaneserelations after Abe returned to power. Due to tough stance on China issues, the relationsbetween China and Japan showed no signs of easing. By advocating modify the PeaceConstitution, banning collective self-defense, distorting and beautify the history of aggression,controlling information and manipulating public opinion, the political trend of Japan graduallyturn to rightist. On the dispute of Diaoyu Islands, Japanese don’t recognize the existence of thedisputes, making the problem difficult to solve in the short time. With the deterioration ofSino-Japanese relations, the Chinese and Japanese favorability to each other decline to lowestpoint. Political conflict between the two countries spread to economic, making economic andtrade relations between the two countries into a frozen period, thus appear the situation of"Politically Cold and Economically Cool ".The second part analyses the role American played in the Sino-Japanese relations, mainly introduces the position of the United States from four details, the historical issues, theDiaoyu Islands issue, the Japanese constitutional issues,the expanding of Self-Defense Forcesand increasing military spending. On the history issue, the United States turned a deaf ear towhat Japan do now, just show warn to Japan when its bottom line be committed. As a result,Japan run far in the road of distorting history. On the Diaoyu Islands issue, the United States isactually the maker of the dispute, after the dispute appear, the United States then fan the flames,prompting the dispute escalating.
