After the cold war,with strong and comprehensive national power, the United States has quickly become the hegemony of the world. Obama Implemented the strategy of the re-balancing in the aria-pacific region immediately.Accompanied by economic strength increasing, Japan seeks support to become the great political nation. Chinese comprehensive strength increasing means it will play an important role in the international arena. As close neighbors separated only by a strip of water,the relationship of China and Japan must influence the stability of Asia and the development of the world. However,because of the differences between state institutionts,social culture and all kinds of contradictions in the history of sin-japanese relations,combined with the purpose of United States maintaining its world hegemony, relation of sin-japanese become more and more complex.Recently, the widely prevalence of "China threat" and Japan contradiction recognition of China's rapidly rise, coupled with the Asia strategy of re-balancing of sin-japanese,relations between the two countries continued to deteriorate.The research object of this article is to balance the aria-pacific strategy and analyses the influence of the relations between China and Japan. Firstly, combined with background of "Aria-pacific re-balancing strategy", analyses and formulated the corresponding strategy and policy, moreover, from the aspects such as military, political and diplomatic illustrate to draw a conclusion about how America actively implement this strategy. Secondly, analysis the effects of this strategy to China-Japan relations and defuse the negative effect from the United States, make use of the positive factors to maintain the overall situation of China-Japan friendship.
