Research On The Coal Enterprise’s Ideological And Political Education Work

With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, the coalenterprises are facing increasing competition. As coal is the major energy and chemicalraw materials in China, the sound development of coal enterprises have receivedwidespread concern in all sectors of society. Especially in the background of socialtransformation and resource transformation, restructuring development of coalenterprises is faced with enormous challenges. Ideological and political education workis the lifeblood of business, and sound development of enterprises needs properguidance by the ideological and political education work. Due to the presence of coalenterprises special industrial characteristics, which determines the coal enterprisesideological and political education work should be closely combined with their industrycharacteristics and the specific circumstances of workers, enhance the relevance ofideological and political education work, in line with efforts to explore a set of specialcoal enterprises working methods and mechanisms for industry conditions, andcontinuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, providingan important guarantee for the healthy development of the coal enterprisesThis paper attempts from the perspective of theory with practice, combined withthe current results of academic research to explore the ideological and politicaleducation work in line with the special nature of the coal industry enterprises topromote development of ideological and political education in China’s coal enterprisessmoothly and effectively. Firstly, combined with the current status of the current theory,this paper made specifically addressed about ideological and political education work incoal enterprises, and also combined with their own characteristics of coal enterprises,the paper made analysis about the content of ideological and political education,particularity, the role and necessity in coal enterprises as well. Secondly, starting fromthe real evidence, the Shanxi Lanhua Coal Industry Group Co. combined with statisticsfrom the reflects of questionnaire data, made an overall rating about the current status ofLanhua Group ideological and political education workers, cadres and workers all havea positively attitude of the ideological and political education work, set up a full-timeteam of ideological and political education work, and take a great attention on theactivities of collective education, the ideological and political education has achievedremarkable results. Then, combined with the analysis of results of the surveyquestionnaire, they got some information from the analysis about the problems and causes of ideological and political education that Shanxi Lanhua Coal Industry Groupexist, that is the lack of a correct understanding of the ideological and politicaleducation, ideological and political education work team quality is not high, ignoranceof party building, unadvanced method of the ideological and political education work,the content of ideological and political education work is divorced from reality, andquality of coal enterprise workers need to be improved. Finally, this paper made somefeasible suggestion from the ideological understanding, political ranks, party building,working methods, content and quality of workers about carrying out ideological andpolitical education in China’s coal enterprises effectively.
