The Research Of Staffs’ Ideological And Political Education Work Of Coal Enterprise In The New Period

As an essential chemical material of the basic energy in China, coal influences the national economy to a large extent. For a long time, the coal enterprises always put the ideological and political education as the priority in commanding the overall situation and proceeding of all the work. In the course of continuous in-depth reform of state-owned coal enterprise, the environment and nature of enterprise’s ideological and political education work keeps changing.Since 2012, due to the impact of unfavorable factors such as the increase in coal imports and domestic coal excess capacity, the "golden decade" of coal enterprises in our country was put an end to silently. Nowadays coal enterprises faces severe challenges for the sake of survival and development, the workers’ state of mind has also been impacted to a varying degree. Therefore, the ideological and political education work of coal enterprises was faced with new challenges, which should analyze the new problems from an actual and present situation in a scientific development perspective, endeavor to exploit a set of new strategy,continuously improve ideological and political work to meet the requirements of new situation, and strive to improve the efficiency of the coal enterprise ideological and political education in order to make the enterprises more competitive in the market and gain a sustainable development in the economic benefits.In this paper, the author selectively takes reference of the research and thoughts of many famous experts and scholars from home and abroad, which includes the author’s new perspectives and new ideas of ideological and political education work for coal enterprises. It is neither a castle in the air nor a blindly script. It relies on a grass roots research and scientific research method, and conducts a scientific proof on the object, methods, principles to ensure the reliability and authenticity of the results. After a series of analysis, exploration,comparison and reference, the author puts forward her own ideas on historical achievements,current situation, challenges and trends of the ideological and political education in the coal enterprises.
