Study Of View Of Achievement In One’s Post Of Local Government From The Perspective Of Administrative Ethics

Nowadays, performance has already become a major standard of localadministrative officials promoted the inspection, but this standard is actually aone-sided.Recently,facing the achievement equal to digital and the achievement equalto engineering,people have began to examine performance of a new round. Byunderstanding the main problem is that the local governments lack of understandingof the political achievement view, simple understanding into performance, but whichoverlook the achievements view value and meaning of existence. So, this paper willhope in the study of achievement view will achievement depth, from the subjectiveand objective two aspects mining performance problems, with particular emphasis onethics consciousness training in view of political achievement. Because the culture ofethical consciousness is a kind of effective improvement.Combining ethicalconsciousness with system will form a correct understanding of performance, in orderto make the local government and public managers improve.This paper is to study the view of achievement in one’s post for a final purpose ofsuch. Facing with the misplaced concept, this article will fill the right concept of theethical dimension by relating research.This purpose is to improve their ethics andeffective management of the local administrative officials.Firstly,this paper combedthe current research achievement view. Then, the related concept and theory researchhave been distinguished. In the face of current society,this paper make objectiveevaluation and analysis of the causes from an ethical point of view the reason. Finally,I found main problem from the subjective and objective in today’s society, especiallypointing out the lack of political ethics.Then, solving the problem has been found.Theresearch of local government performance concept can have a positive impact on thegovernment and citizens and better safeguard the public interest.
