As a special social group,the employment problem of disabled persons is not only a problem for the handicapped but also a social problem.At present,the solution to the problem of employment of persons with disabilities in the international community is mainly through the means of the state's support for the disabled's independent employment,centralized employment patterns,and proportional employment models,and other channels to solve,China is no exception.This paper expounds the theoretical basis and necessity of the state's guarantee for the employment of disabled persons from four aspects,such as the theory of social equity,the theory of choice,the basic human rights and the mental health requirements of the handicapped.This article combines historical developments to introduce three kinds of employment protection systems for the disabled,such as the state's support for self-employment of disabled persons,centralized employment patterns,and proportional employment patterns.Through the analysis of the relevant laws and implementation of the employment security system of disabled persons in C hina,this paper finds out the existing problems of three kinds of employment security system for disabled persons in China,combining the issues,we put forward corresponding suggestions and solutions for the employment protection system for disabled persons in China.
