Community Study On The Sene Of People Lived In The Urban Commodity Residential District

Owing to the impact of industrialization, marketization and globalization, the study of urban community in China is highlighted when the economic transition and social restructuring are called for. At this stage in China, the city as the center of community studies always with "community construction" under government-driven "social construction" together."Community construction"’ means the reform of the management system,the essence of social construction is the reasonable allocation of social resources and social opportunities. For the reasonable allocation of social resources and social opportunities, it is necessary to establish the corresponding social structure, social mechanisms, social organizations. The urban community construction and the urban community development through grassroots society up to the social construction and social development goals become the consensus. Community participation as a mechanism for the formation of the modern community, lack of community involvement is a key subject in the present of community construction. This study begins from the voluntaristic theory of action.taking the sense of community of people as the value for a particular geographical things. According to the existing studies, we suggest that a sense of community for people to show understanding and arrangement of daily life. The results of the study show that a sense of community for the people’s daily life in the pursuit of stability in a particular region, whereas stable daily life to understand and arrange for kinship families from people in understanding and arrangements. The results from the research point of view more than a sense of community, the community needs and the community affairs to adopt a market-oriented form met, multiple resources and services are bound to form in the community, a sense of community performance is difficult to achieve expression unity. Thus in the real level of community construction, people are often faced with the strong sense of belonging but less than executive-led community involvement embarrassment. Mechanisms for community involvement in the formation of the modern community needs a common doctrine of pre-set, the ultimate "reasonableness", a sense of community with the doctrine, the ultimate "reasonableness" are two different value svstems.
