Therefore, the elderly through the community power structure in the field of community-based participatory research has become very necessary.In this paper, the research status at home and abroad on the basis of the elderly community participation, combined with the history and current situation, choose Zhejiang Province as a case, focus on the study and analysis of the economic development level difference between Shaoxing city and Lishui city in the elderly through the community power structure in.
