Agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the party’s sixteen session of fifth plenary session put forward the policy of new countryside construction, also issued a series of documents in recent years, such as the2013central no.1document issued "about speed up the development of modern agriculture, and further enhance the vitality of rural development certain opinions", in2014the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council issued "on comprehensively deepen rural reform, accelerate the several opinions of the agricultural modernization, in2015the central file no.1on the intensify reform and innovation to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization are several opinions, pointed out the direction for the new rural construction, rural construction documents, suggests that the state attaches great importance to the construction of new countryside, and illustrates the new rural construction of long-term, need grasping unremittingly, fight for the present rural into producing development, wealthy life, polite phenomenon, clean and tidy appearance and democratic management of the new countryside, which is to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural economic and social important action, for building a socialist harmonious society and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the demonstration pilot project of a new countryside of North Shan Zhuang as the research object, by producing development, wealthy life, polite phenomenon, clean and tidy appearance and democratic management five aspects as the foothold for the village construction is analyzed, first of all, by reference to relevant literature, this paper introduces the relevant theories of the new rural construction; Second, by talking to the villagers and the questionnaire survey, based on facts, understand the past and the present situation of the village, the village in the new rural construction is pointed out the arrogant person result; Again, in combination with questionnaire survey, this paper expounds the North Shan Zhuang existing deficiencies in the new rural construction, need to focus on; Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the theory with practice, this paper gives the countermeasures to promote the development of the new rural construction in the North Shan Zhuang, dream for achieving personal family, village collective dream, finally realizes the beauty to try the Chinese dream.
