| With the rapid development of social economy and evolutions of information technology,new issues and requirements arise in terms of local management of rural areas.The traditional mode of openness of village affairs has fallen behind the needs of evolving circumstances.In this thesis,the openness of village affairs in XiangAn district has likewise met a hurdle to adapt to the new situations.This paper takes the openness of village affairs in XiangAn district as a research topic,summarizes relevant experiences and lessons,analyses the status quo and problems with the openness of village affairs in XiangAn,and develops a solution approach to the establishment of Micro-Service system of XiangAn district on WeChat Platform.Field research reveal that although funds have been invested into the information project of rural areas in XiangAn district,there still have problems such as duplicate construction of infrastructure,divided systems,apparent division of different dispatches,isolated information islands,asymmetry of systems and need of personal,and so on.The main solutions are integrating the current information resources,setting up a leading group of XiangAn district on Intelligent XiangAn as top structure designing,establishing and perfecting relevant systems,guaranteeing funds input,strengthening professional training,simplifying teams of openness of village affairs,and establishing Micro-Service system of XiangAn district on WeChat Platform.This thesis,on the basis of problems existing regarding the openness of village affairs in XiangAn district,summarizes relevant lessons and advances a solution approach to the establishment of Micro-Service system of Xiang An district on WeChat Platform.This research result has important influence on solving problems and challenges in the openness of village affairs in XiangAn district,and will effectively push forward the normal and regular openness of village affairs in XiangAn district. |
