The Research Of Chinese Citizen’s Orderly Political Participation In Internet Age

Along with the further deepening of the reform and open policy, the citizen’s political participation awareness and political demands continuously improve.There are more political participation activities.The way of political participation is also increasingly diversified.After enter the Internet age,the network provide a new variable for citizens’ participation in political activities.The popularity of network provide convenient channels and wide platforms for citizen political participation.On one hand,it promotes the development of citizen political participation.On the other hand,it leads to disorderly political participation.The disorderly participation activities damage the harmony and stability of our social.Moreover,the disorderly activities become a serious ab-stable to the development of our democracy.The report of Hu Jintao at 18 th Party Congress claimed that,’ We should work harder to enhance socialist democracy in a systemic way by adopting due standards and procedures, expand people’s orderly participation in governance at all levels and in all fields’.Nowadays the problem of citizen political participation should not only encourage citizens to take participate in political activities,the more importance is guarantee the citizens’ participation in order.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into five parts.Based on our national conditions and the concept definitions,the first part organizes and explains the background of the orderly political participation.The second part summaries the experience and lessons of citizens’ orderly political participation all around the world in network age. The third part analyzes the problems and causes of citizens’ political participation in our country.The forth part analyzes three cases of political participation in our country.The last part,according the deeply thinking,proposed several countermeasures of Chinese citizens’ orderly political participation in Internet age.
