| With the development of emerging technologies such as cloud computing,big data,the Internet of things,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the judicial administrative compulsory isolation and drug rehabilitation centers(hereinafter referred to as "drug rehabilitation centers")in various provinces and cities are also vigorously carrying out information construction,and the level of information technology has been significantly improved,but the adoption of information technology is not ideal,and there are many problems that need to be solved urgently.In the long-term practice of the construction and application of information technology in drug rehabilitation centers,success and failure are always accompanied,which may be largely due to the neglect of the construction and application of information technology from theperspective of the police.Therefore,this study attempts to find the influencing factors that affect the adoption of information technology by the police in drug rehabilitation centers,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference for the decision-making of the managers.First of all,it summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research on drug rehabilitation,the construction and application of information technology,and the adoption of information technology.Combined with the actual investigation and evaluation and individual interview results,it summarizes and refines the main influencing factors of the adoption of information technology by the police in drug rehabilitation centers.Based on the UTAUT model,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the initial model of influencing factors of information technology adoption of police in drug rehabilitation center.Secondly,based on the empirical research of 5 drug rehabilitation centers in S Province.On the basis of the existing mature scale,combined with the characteristics of information technology adopted by the police of drug rehabilitation center,a questionnaire was developed,which was distributed online through the questionnaire star.A total of 345 questionnaires were collected,including 332 valid ones.Then,using smartpls3.2.7,we first analyze the reliability andvalidity of the effective data samples,make descriptive statistics on the data,and analyze the structural equation model to verify the influencing factors of the adoption of information technology by the police in the drug rehabilitation center.And draw the following conclusions :performance expectation,effort expectation,compulsive pressure,personal innovation are positively correlated with adoption intention.Among them,compulsive pressure has the strongest positive correlation with adoption intention,followed by personal innovation and performance expectation,with the least effort expectation;convenience,social influence and adoption intention are positively correlated with use behavior;among them,adoption intention is positively correlated with use behavior The positive correlation of using behavior is the strongest,followed by convenience,and social influence is the smallest.Based on the research on the influencing factors of the adoption of information technology by the police of drug rehabilitation center,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: To put the concept of "taking the police as the center" into the whole process of information technology construction and application;Strengthen organizational leadership and provide a strong team guarantee for information technology work;Enhance the awareness and ability of the police to apply information technology from various angles;Create convenient conditions and a good atmosphere for the adoption ofinformation technology;Improve the system,establish and improve information technology related working mechanism.From the above five aspects,it is hoped to improve the adoption level of information technology of the police in drug rehabilitation center. |
