Research On Application Of Fighting In Swat Police Combat Training In Tibet

After reform and opening up, China’s socialist economic construction and social development has made great achievements, but there comes the international hostile forces and domestic social contradictions, as well as the influence of the social unstable factors.Terrorist attacks and the occurrence of violence have significant influence on the social harmony and stability, which have also brought about great damage to people’s life and property. Therefore, the importance of the public police appeared gradually.In public police training’s training,arrest techniqueis always important, with the flexible and practicalcharacteristics, it become a good weapon for public security police team.Therefore, this article selects the topic of Research on Application of fighting in Swat police combat training in China, and chooses Lhasa’s public security police for the investigation and study. The author have used field survey method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to investigate five aspects of combat training, including training time and frequency, intensity and effect, training methods and contents, training venues and equipment, training assessment and management.On the basis of the analysis of data, The author have found that there are problems in the current Lhasa’s public security police’s martial training,such as the training time and frequency are not enough, training intensity and the effect are not strong enough, incomplete training methods and contents, training venues and inadequate equipment, unsound training and assessment and management. To solve each specific question, the author put forward the improvement measures as follows,increase of martial training class time, increase the frequency of the training;Increase the basis physical training, and use integrated use of a variety of trainingmethods;Raise the scientific nature of the training, and introduce a high level of teaching staff;Maintain training venues and update training facilities;Establish a quantitative appraisal system and promote the training management system.Only in this way, we can make up for a lack of currently in training, raise the level of our police officers’ combating skills, and strengthen public security special police team’s fighting capacity, to as to make police contribute to defend the country and people of their own strength.
