Recently,the incidence and types of fire increased significantly with the rapid development of social economy,which is a big challenge to carry out fire-fighting work.It also makes the training of firemen become more and more attention.As the highest incidence of fire,compartment fire is the greatest threat to life and property.So the simulation training of compartment fire seems particularly important.During the simulation training of compartment fire in fire-fighting training base,fire simulation is mainly simulated by pouring the fuel oil into the oil pan,which forms a natural combustion.This method causes waste of resources,environmental pollution,and a great security risk in the training process.According to the problems existing in the training process,it is of great significance to develop an intelligent control system for fire-fighting simulation training which can improve the training level and actual combat ability of firemen.In this thesis,aiming at the authenticity and diversification of compartment fire simulation training environment,the intelligent control strategy of fire simulation process is proposed,and the training environment intelligent control setting method and basic process control method are researched.Based on this,fire simulation process intelligent control software is designed.At last,the intelligent control system for firefighting simulation training is applied to the comprehensive training building of training base and test for some times,which combines with 'The Fire-fighting Training Base Facilities Transformation In S-City'.The specific research work is as follows:1.In order to realize the authenticity of training environment,based on the study of indoor smoke flow,a model of smoke temperature was established.The model can predict flashover time of compartment fire in different room sizes,different initial ignition positions and different combustibles.The forecast time is applied to the setting of fire simulation process,so that the simulating time of flashover phenomenon in training is close to reality,which can be used to simulate the process of real fire.2.Fire-fighting simulation training system is divided into two-layer structure of training environment intelligent setting layer and basic process control layer,which complete fire simulation process.Expert system intelligent method is applied into the intelligent setting method of training environment.According to the experience of the experts,the training environment knowledge base is set up,which use the predicted flashover time to set the time according to the indoor smoke temperature model in the process of establishing the knowledge base,users can automatically get the training environment model according to the training needs.Through the establishment of the corresponding table between temperature near the fire and the valve opening,the opening of the valve can be automatically adjusted with the change of temperature near the fire,which completes the control of fire extinguishing effect.In order to ensure the gas supply at the ignition position,interlocking control method of the supply line solenoid valve is put forward.3.On the basis of the above two-layer control structure,the intelligent control system for fire-fighting simulation training is designed.The hardware configuration of the control system includes the DCS control system,the operator station,the actuators and the detection device,the system network.The software includes the training environment intelligent setting software,the basic process control software and the process monitoring software.The software can realize users can automatically set the training environment according to the training demand,it can also control the effect of fire extinguishing,monitor the environmental parameters,as well as the start and stop control and parameter setting of each equipment.The software can also stop training in time when the training process is abnormal.4.The intelligent control system for fire-fighting simulation training which is mentioned above is applied to the scene of the comprehensive training building in the S-city fire-fighting training base.After many experiments,the intelligent setting of the training environment is realized,and the fire process can be simulated automatically according to the setting.The system can also ensure the safety of the training process.It is shown that the system successfully realizes the authenticity and diversification of training environment in fire-fighting simulation training process,which enhances the training efficiency of fire-fighting trainers.
