Summary of Korean Chinese nationality in Yanbian area is the main ghetto, since China and the ROK forged diplomatic ties, and many Korean Chinese people use of geography, kinship and language advantages to Korea to study or work. Familiarize the rise of wind, many Korean Chinese families parents going abroad service, left-behind children, empty nesters and other special social groups is increasing. Wangqing County, in Yanbian, is a State-level poverty-stricken counties, most Korean Chinese families in poverty, select export labor, rear children is a common phenomenon. Higher degree of concern for the left-behind children in the community, research focuses on "problem children" the negative impact, and for Korean Chinese research on mental toughness and resilience in children left the positive significance is rarely involved. Children left in care and services for them to create a favourable environment and the necessary physical and mental health conditions, is the responsibility of Governments and all sectors of society are duty-bound. Author working on women and children during the Korean Chinese left-behind children’s mental toughness to pay more attention, take work to grassroots research, Wangqing County of Korean Chinese left-behind children attending primary and secondary schools and some Koreans to drop out of left-behind children, issuing more than 1000 copies of the questionnaire,200 mental health meter, data collection, and supporting research. Framework of this paper:the first chapter is an introduction discusses the research background and purpose; research, research, research methods. Present situation of children left in Wangqing County, chapter Ⅱ. Population numbers of left-behind children, family structure and residence characteristics, differences and problems of heart and toughness. Chapter Ⅲ focuses on the factors that influence the mental toughness of family left behind, the school and community and individual factors and explore the mental toughness on the positive effects of left-behind children. The fourth chapter describes the thoughts and suggestions of fostering resilience in children left. The fifth chapter in the conclusion. Korean-based study on the resilience of left-behind children, typical aims to excavate something positive, more positive energy into the Korean Chinese groups of children left behind, their adversities, adjusting the self, positive, energetic and enterprising, healthy growth.
