Labor relation is the most basic and essential social relation; and the harmonious labor relation is the basis for the social harmony. In the recent years, with the rapid development of the economic society in China, the contradictions caused by the various social interest relations become more and more prominent, the labor relation tends to be increasingly complicated a nd the labor dispute presents the trend of "blowout", which cause large negative impact on the economic development, social stability, employment, economic benefits of enterprises and basic living of the laborers. HA S Dairy Co., Ltd. is also confronted with the same problem; therefore, to establish a set of labor dispute early warning system to make the prediction timely and accurately and to make proper long-term labor dispute prevention and disposal are of great significance to the enterprises and the local economy.Through the investigation of the basic situations of the labor dispute in HA S Dairy Co., Ltd., it is known that its labor dispute is resulted from the unsound system, insufficient emphasis and so on. On the basis of taking the current research achievements for reference, the contents of the labor dispute early warning index system have been primarily selected. Besides, the analytic hierarchy process has been applied to screen the primarily selected contents of the index system, and the contents of the labor dispute early warning index system composed of three sub-systems, eight branch systems and sixteen specific indexes have been determined, which lays the foundation for the s ubsequent quantitative analysis to build the labor dispute early warning system. In addition, the standard unit comparative assignment method and the analytic hierarchy process have been adopted to comprehensively determine the weights of the various indexes in the index system. What’s more, the five-tier classification method has been used to conduct the grade quantification and establish the four-color early warning signal system. Towards the four-color early-warning states, the preventive treatment measures have been proposed, thus establishing a set of labor dispute early warning system based on long-term mechanism, to provide support for the promotion of the harmony and stability of the labor relation. At last, the empirical analysis has been conducted towards the labor relation situations in HA S Dairy Co., Ltd. in August,2013; and the above early warning system has been put into specific application.
