In China, the issue for media supervision and justice has large amount of research. With the development of media online, during these years, the media supervision has a new face and the feature is diversified. That is to say, the influence of media supervision and justice is growing. However, the number of case according to the media report is not objective of facts, which would have some negative impact on judicial activities. Therefore, it is particularly crucial for thinking the influence of media supervision on justice in a new environment.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the question presented. It contained the connotation of media supervision, characteristic and the definition of the principles of justice. First of all, summarize the role of media supervision and judicial justice; secondly, summarize the limitations of media supervision and judicial justice; at last, take the "Li Tianyi Case" as an example, which analyze the impact of media supervision on justice. The last part based on conditions of our country making solution recommendations for the negative role of media supervision and justice. So as to, achieve positive interaction between media supervision and justice.
