Regional Governance Research Of Urban Agglomeration Coordinated Development In Sichuan Province

Since the 21 st century, with the advancement of industrialization and urbanization, urban agglomeration has become an important force to promote the development of the economy. The 11 th five-year plan also explicitly pointed out that, the development of urban agglomerations will be the main form of urbanization regarding to the economic development in our country. The development of urban agglomerations has given rise to a lot of research on it, including urban agglomeration pattern research, characteristics, formation mechanism, regional coordination and integration of urban agglomerations and so on.This paper will be based on this, which was mentioned above, aiming to research regional management model of urban agglomerations in Sichuan province. On the basis of the comparative analysis to foreign urban agglomerations, Germany and Japan, and also the practice of domestic Yangtze River delta, the future trend of the urban agglomerations are put forward. On the basis of Social Network Analysis, we combine gravity model and potential model, mapping Sichuan urban agglomeration network connection, and then, through the clustering analysis method to describe the "potential index". On this basis, the research of network structure of Sichuan province map, helps to further refactoring the city circles within Sichuan urban agglomeration, then the governance structure of more conducive to the coordinated development of urban agglomerations has been put forward.The article is divided into three parts. The first part consists of the first chapter and the second chapter, mainly introduces the paper selected topic basis, research background and literature review at both domestic and abroad, and regards network governance, spatial interaction theory as the theoretical basis for this article, takes Social Network Analysis as analysis tool.The second part consists of chapter 3 and chapter 4, which is also a main part of this article. By comparing both the foreign and domestic successful urban agglomerations which was analyzed in the former chapter, and comparing the future development trend of urban agglomeration, multiple core in spatial layout, networked infrastructure, ecological regional environment, vertical city function and informational regional management. In the fourth chapter, based on the gravity model and potential model, combining with the Ucinet software, the network structure of urban agglomerations in Sichuan province is created and analyzed. City structure of Sichuan province is still very uneven, which is reflected on the actual situation, is the big difference between provincial capital of Chengdu and other cities. At the same time, by clustering analysis method Sichuan urban agglomeration is divided into five big metropolitan. They are "Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang" metropolitan, "SuiningNanchong-Guangyuan- Dazhou" metropolitan, "Yibin- Zigong- Neijiang- Luzhou" metropolitan, "Panzhihua-Xichang" metropolitan and "Aba-Ganzi" metropolitan.The third part is chapter 5, chapter 6 and chapter 7, the optimization of the research and conclusion will be put forward. Mainly from the development of spatial multiple core, improvement of regional infrastructure network and innovation of industry planning, put forward the optimum path of regional governance in Sichuan province. On this basis, we analyze the regional governance countermeasures of Sichuan province. Improvement of ecological environment, optimization the spatial structure, and transforming to network governance should be the way for Sichuan province to remodel urban agglomeration spatial structure.
