Research On The Activity Of Oversight Management On County Level’ Leading Cadres

Make more research on managerial supervision on county level’ leading cadres is becoming a focus and difficult problem during carry out anti-graft fight & promote ruling ability.This article take practical activity of supervision on county level’leading cadres as research emphasis, Combined with case studies, the article try to analyze the actual effect and the causes of the case, then make recommendations how to improve supervision on county level’leading cadres.Based on the practical activity of oversight management on county level’leading cadres in Ptutian City, the article draw up a questionnaire around managerial supervision. Then analyze the actual effect of the practical activity by the questionnaire survey and hierarchical clustering. Go through steps including Data cleansing Item analysis Reliability analysis Comparative analysis and Hierarchical clustering, we not verify the reliability of the questionnaire but get the verification results. After Comparative analysis and Hierarchical clustering, it show that the leaders is more satisfied with the results than ordinary party members. albeit they are both have higher Support Level. Meanwhile they have more consistency about process management, while are widely divergent about selection & appointment and Teamwork.Based on the contrastive analysis between the leaders and the ordinary party members, and take the potential causes into consideration, the article consider that the vulnerable spot exist in the activity of supervision on county level’ leading cadres can be resolved through promting the leaders’sense of self-regulation,enhancing the masses’ participation, rectifying & perfect measures of supervision, building a stereoscopic supervision model.
