Research On Influence Factors And Efficiency Evaluation Of Government Scale In Anhui Province

Since the transformation of economy-construction-oriented government to service-oriented government, scholars research enthusiasm unabated on research of administrative reform and the influence of government scale factors. In the marker for example, government regulation of the market gradually to type developed by intervention type, the transformation of such a system is bound to affect change in the size of government. Local government fiscal expenditure proportion rising, howerer, due to the difference of regional differences and environmental culture and differences apparent, therefore, choose the typical scale of local government research is particularly important.To find the structure of moderate size of government standards and the evaluation of factors affecting the scale and efficiency of the Government needs to be addressed as research priorities. This paper is aimed at analyzing the factors affecting the scale and efficiency of Government evaluation research, summarizes the main influence factors of scale and efficiency of Government evaluation method. For the current study, Anhui local government has been selected as the target population. Through empirical analysis of factors affecting the scale of local government and, on the basis of factors affecting positive results, select the analysis of the efficiency evaluation of input-output indicators of the size of Government. To sum up, this paper is aimed at:(1) By analyzingthe history changes of Anhui province government financial expenditure scale and theoretical analysis of influencing factors, seven quantifiable indicators to select as the indicator, multivariate regression model is established, analyzing the main factors and affecting the degree.(2) Combined with local factors affecting the scale of positive results, to base selection and output indicators, results are obtained from 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province to evaluate the size of government efficiency.(3) By analyzing the results, and make specific policy recommendations structure of moderate size of Government has been recommended.
