The Research On The Legal Consciousness Of Citizens In The Construction Of Rule Of Low

“The Chinese Communist Party Central Committee’s decision on important issues in relation to comprehensively implementing governing the country by law” went through the fourth plenary session of the 18 th Communist Party of China(CPC) Central Committee, stressed the importance of the rule of law and the construction of rule of law in China, arranged the construction of China under the socialist rule of law. As the main roles of the rule of law, the importance of Chinese citizens are self-evident. Chinese citizens bear task of constructing and realizing the country under the rule of law. The intensity of the citizens legal consciousness about the rule of law is very important because it has influence on if the target can be achieved or not. Researching the important subject of legal consciousness of citizens is useful to speed up the construction of rule of law, establish a country under the rule of law.This thesis based on the concept and the development process of the construction of the socialist rule of law, took the citizens legal consciousness about the rule of law as the main object, analysed the necessity of the legal consciousness of citizens, the achievements, the problems and solutions gradually. The first part: The concepts and relationship between the legal consciousness of citizens and the construction of rule of law. This part mainly introduced the concept and the relation of legal consciousness of citizens and the construction of rule of law. It is the basis of the thesis, and the prerequisite to understand the importance of legal consciousness of citizens accurately.The second part: The importance of legal consciousness of citizens in the construction of rule of law. This part analysed the legal consciousness of citizens from three aspects of legislation, judicature, abiding by the law. It reflected the important status of citizen’s legal consciousness in the rule of law in the construction of China. The third part: The development process of construction in the rule of law and the achievements in cultivating the citizen’s legal consciousness.This part regard the reform and opening up as the dividing line, discussed the tortuous process of rule of law in our country, and further affirmed the achievements of establishing legal faith and cultivating the legal consciousness of citizens.The fourth part: The existing problems and reasons of legal consciousness of our citizens. This part analyzed the existing problems in legal consciousness of citizens, took these problems as a breakthrough point to explore the reasons behind, summed up the experience, this part played a connecting role in the thesis.The fifth part: The way to improve the legal consciousness of citizens. This part mainly discussed the way to improve the legal consciousness of citizens from two aspects of creating the external environment and innovating internal methods, mode is proposed to improve the way of legal consciousness of citizens, pointed out the methods and suggestions to solve the problem of the existence of legal consciousness of citizens.
