Research On The Situation Of Ideological And Political Education Of Migrant Workers

The current number of migrant workers is enormous. Migrant workers are an important force in promoting social and economic development of the main force, but also China’s modernization. But the whole matter migrant workers low living standards, poor spiritual life, low political quality, there are still some problems to be solved. Most of the city’s migrant workers should not enjoy the benefits and protection, plus their own deficiencies, it will inevitably become vulnerable social groups. Migrant workers in general educational level is not high, they are in the face of social discrimination and prejudice, ideological situation there will be some fluctuations, resulting in their state of mind is very complex, which lay hidden for the stability of urban society. Therefore, for this special group of migrant workers a certain ideological and political education is very important necessary.This article is based on the current status of China’s ideological and political education of migrant workers, by studying the basic living conditions of migrant workers and ideological characteristics, analyzes the ideological and political situation of migrant workers and the reasons for the problems and propose appropriate solutions to this problem. The full text is divided into a total of four chapters:the first chapter of the background, summarized the situation at home and abroad study, pointed out that the topic of theoretical and practical significance; Chapter II of ideological and political education of migrant workers theories outlined; Chapter III Chapter Four reasons the status quo of the ideological and political education of migrant workers problems arising from a social perspective and the perspective of migrant workers themselves, analysis;, through field research, the ideological situation of migrant workers in Xiamen City, conducted a survey to analyze the current situation and problems; Chapter V of theory and practice from the perspective of the ideological and political education of migrant workers suggestions and countermeasures, so as to achieve the purpose to enhance the ideological and political quality of migrant workers, and promote the harmonious development of stable and sustainable economic and social development.
