Migrant workers is associated with social progress and rapid industrial development of the product, they are a line of city construction workers, combines the dual characteristics of the peasants and workers. With the growing migrant workers, the flow structure has changed, by the individual migrant workers became a migrant family, the family is one of the product of the flow of migrant workers migrant children this group.Because parents are busy working, basically do not have time to accompany children, migrant children exist to varying degrees of deviation behavior, such as distracted in class, abusive classmate, tired, crying,, don’t respect teacher, silent, don’t speak hygiene, frowning, unfriendly attitude, impatient expression, etc.Migrant children’s bad behavior intervention in the school is to promote the cultivation of good habits, personal healthy growth of the important measures, is the family ties, migrant workers migrant workers into directly to solve the problems of the city,in this paper, with "the joyful growth, with love" group as an example, this paper the role of team work to improve migrant children school behavior.Parent-child groups on the one hand, improve the parent-child relationship to promote peasant workers to improve their children’s behavior, on the other hand using team directly improve migrant children’s behavior habits, combine family social work and school social work, to improve the students’ behavior in school, can make its healthy growth.The author by personally led, to observe the influence of team members, and through the parent-child relationship between the subjective assessment, behavioral questionnaires, feedback forms and grading we have achieved the goal to improve the effect of assessment team.The author through a detailed elaboration and analysis of each section group service, hope that through the author’s practical experience to verify the parent group of migrant children school behavior to improve the role, it is concluded that an effective school’s social workers solve migrant children behave in school work mode, for the localization of social work theory and practical basis, promoting rural migrant workers families in cities to adapt in order to promote social harmony and economic development.
