Parent-child relationship is one of the most important social relationships in a person's life.Parents of some urban school-age children face tense parent-child relationships are helpless and need to rely on external forces to improve tense relationship and parent-child conflicts.In this paper,“a various weekend parent-child activity” of children's public service organization in Hangzhou is selected as an example to try to combine the public welfare activities with the group work,innovate the work form of the group and enrich the work content of the group.The author based on the demand of six pairs of parents and children,combined with public welfare activities,design six groups of activities and personally led the activities of each section.In the study,the action research method was used,and the process evaluation was carried out in combination with the participatory observation.The results of the group were evaluated by the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the group goal and the follow-up evaluation.Through the analysis of the results of the assessment,it is concluded that the commonweal group can effectively alleviate the relationship between parent and child,promote good parent-child communication,reduce parent-child conflict,enhance the ability of parents to deal with parent-child conflict and communicate with children.The results of this study demonstrate the hypothesis that the whole process of the commonweal group records and assessment,expect to be able to provide some empirical reference for the research of the commonweal group,and open up new working ideas for the group work microcosmic practice.
