| Farmers’ centralized resettlement community is the product of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, its emergence and development must be profoundly affects the China’s urbanization process and the development of social economy. However due to farmers’ centralized resettlement community is different from the mature rural- urban community culture, itself is in a transition phase, so the farmers centralized resettlement community governance model in theory and practice two levels are relatively lagging behind.This paper combines the use of philosophical methodology. On research method first followed from general to specific methodology, basic attribute of farmers’ concentration resettlement community has, on its research direction and the areas should be studied and the general community of consistency, but farmers resettlement community and has its own unique contradiction is concentrated, so this article adheres to the general community in the study of the research ideas and methods, but focus with full consideration to the farmers of the uniqueness, transitional resettlement community.
