The Research On The Interaction Among The Community,Social Organization And Social Work Team Development Model Of Taicang

The community has played a pivotal role in the social management,and gradually become an important component of urban grassroots society in China.With the acceleration of the development of China,the daily demand for urban residents in China has become more and more diversified and complicated.Community governance tends to involve the participation of the residents.And thus social organizations and residents of the community gradually become the backbone of community governance.In the exploration of innovative path for community governance,Taicang City,in order to comply with the current trends,put forward the"interaction among the community,social organization and social work team"innovative community governance development model."The interaction among the community,social organization and social work team" means to effectively combine the community,social organization and social work through community building,social organization incubation and nurturing,and involved social work t;to enhance the linkage and interaction between the "interaction among the community,social organization and social work team";to orderly and hierarchically promote community management,and effectively resolve the contradictions and conflicts at the grassroots level,and at last build a major social harmonious society.As a social innovation governance model,"The interaction among the community,social organization and social work team" has been widely supported since it was proposed.Some cities in China,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing,Suzhou,Xiamen,etc.,have put this kind of governance model into practice.It is proved that "The interaction among the community,social organization and social work team" presents the diversification in development patterns as a result of the nationwide differences in local economic level,the cultural quality of residents,the time of community development,the mode of community work,etc.Based on the six-month internship as a first-line social worker in Taicang,Jiangsu Province.The writer of the paper has some personal experience and deeper understanding of "The interaction among the community,social organization and social work team" in Taicang.In this paper,the writer takes the examples of Revival Community and Qihang Youth Service Center in Taicang to explore and analyze the development mode of "The interaction among the community,social organization and social work team" in Taicang.From the long-term practice of operation,the modal of Taicang has some reference value to the other regions of China.However,there are some problems existing in the community,social organizations and social work.Here several examples are given briefly Professional and diversified service can hardly be provided because there are so many daily routines and serious administrative tendency that little time and energy is put on exploring residents' individual demand,which fostered the perfunctory attitude and method of community work.The resources have been wasted as a result of the blind development of social organizations which focuses on quantity instead of quality.The operation of social work institutions depends too much on the government.When purchasing the projects supervised by government,social organizations overly stress self-advantage and accept the projects without careful consideration,which would easily lead to the difficulty of sharing existing resources and the poor quality of the projects.Poor social workers' welfare etc.In order to offer the reference and demonstration to the regions which are planning to implement the model of "the interaction among the community,social organization and social work team".In this paper,the way to make the roles played more clearly in the interaction among the community,social organization and social work team;the existing problems and their reasons in the community,social organization and social work team;the corresponding solutions will be discussed and provided.Based on the author's practice and experience,this paper aims to find out the problems and causes of the governance model in Taicang City,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of "the interaction among the community,social organization and social work team" model in Taicang.This paper is divided into seven parts:the first part is the introduction part,which presents the main problem,the topic background and significance,research ideas and research methods.The second part is the basis of the research,including the literature review,the basis of theoretical research and the definition of related concepts.The third part mainly introduces the development of Taicang City's "the interaction among the community,social organization and social work team" model.In the meantime,the author uses the SWOT to analyze Taicang model's advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats.The fourth part analyzes the selected communities.The fifth part includes exclusively the analysis of the typical social organization.The sixth part describes the problems encountered in the operation of Taicang model and the causes.The seventh part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems.
