Exploring The Improvement Of Community Identity Of Urban Demolition Resettlement

With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the demolition and resettlement communities keep emerging.Compared with the general commercial residential community,the demolition and resettlement community is more likely to have problems in both the construction of hardware facilities and the emotional identity of residents.If residents on emotion recognition problems,then will produce chain reaction,cause more problems,such as insufficient community participation,frequent neighborhood contradiction,biased community residents of social psychology and so on.These problems will ultimately affect the quality of life in the community.In particular,this paper argues that there are three main problems in the construction of community identity for urban demolition and resettlement.From the microcosmic perspective:the demolition and resettlement community good neighborhood interactive relationship construction is insufficient.The tension of interaction between community residents and neighbors is mainly caused by the huge difference in social identities and different demands for mutual interests between neighbors in demolition and resettlement communities,which leads to the lack of interaction and indifference in relations.From the perspective of middle view:the demolition and resettlement community is not highly motivated to participate in community affairs.On the one hand,community residents have low awareness of community,autonomy and participation.On the other hand,community residents have low enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for participation.On the other hand,the lack of social organization and social resource sharing has led to the low attention and participation of community residents in community public affairs.From the macroscopic aspect:there is a deviation in the social psychology of the residents in the resettlement community.From the perspective of residents,it is embodied in their sense of belonging and weak sense of trust.Strong sense of safeguarding rights and weak sense of responsibility.From the perspective of community,it is reflected in the lack of investment in community cultural construction.Therefore,this article tries to set out from the above three aspects,by choosing WCHY community which is the best resettlement community in yangzhou as a case study,to study its development,mainly using the method of observation and the interview method,finally combining WCHY community identity ascension concrete and effective measures,to promote community participation,neighborhood improvement interaction relations,the transformation of residents of social psychology,discusses urban resettlement community identity in the concrete and feasible way of ascension.
