Research On Compensation Distribution System Of Public Radio And Television Insititutions

With the development of economy and society, the past unified wage system and wage standard has been unable to meet the needs of the diverse needs of public institutions. For promoting the reform of compensation distribution system, the country implements the measure of performance salary reform step by step in 2009. The public radio and television institutions are the last step. To realize the function of the public radio and television institutions is depended on the reform of compensation distribution system. But compared with the schools and hospitals, the related researches and experiences are deficient relatively.This paper is based on the non-profit organization compensation theory, combined with the achievements and deficiency of Chinese reform of compensation distribution system, though the study of the case of F broadcast and TV radiating station’s current compensation distribution system reform process, summarizing the existing problems and reasons, analyzing of the factors hindering to deepening the reform of compensation distribution system. According to the goals and principles of compensation distribution system’s reform about the public radio and television institutions, this paper put forward the countermeasures to further deepen the reform. The suggestions on the reform is to strengthen propaganda and education, strengthen employee communication; further perfect the institution of post setting, implement of posts salary; implement the performance management comprehensive; emphasize the fairness of distribution between internal unit, establish guidance, fair value system; introduce the total reward model, achieve long-term incentive.
