Study On The Problem Of Transition In Northwest Ethnic Minority Group Incidents

At present, Chinese is in the agricultural society to the transition from traditional society to modern society, in the historical process of industrial society, political, economic, cultural and social structure differentiation, reorganization, spiral movement of history, the entire society to change, the rigidity from closed to open, from backwardness to civilization modernization. Northwest minority areas, due to the special geographical environment and ethnic characteristics, more in the transition period between the differentiation and integration of elements structure will inevitably be phenomenon of imbalance and disorder, thus making the allocation of social resources is uneven, a large number of social conflicts and unstable factors, lead to people’s internal contradictions become increasingly prominent, the contradiction between people the external appearance of "mass incidents" have occurred repeatedly in recent years.This paper discussed from the general theory of mass events, first to the transition of mass incidents related concepts. Secondly, analyzes the status quo and problems in northwest minority areas of group events, such as the ethnic and religious issues, foreign hostile forces to confuse, using the Internet and other modern tools series etc.. In order to explore the reasons, mainly in northwest minority area is in the transitional period, the gap of economic development and differentiation of social interests structure, social mechanism is not perfect and imperfect legal system, local government credibility has declined, ethnic and religious issues and foreign hostile forces collusion etc.. Finally, the formation of a complete in northwest ethnic minority group incidents prevention mechanism, accelerate economic development, improve people’s livelihood, dredge the channel of interest expression, establish corresponding mechanism, perfect the legal protection mechanism, administrative assessment mechanism. To prevent the occurrence of group incidents, ensuring the stability of northwest minority areas, which is conducive to the realization of the country’s stability and development. In this paper, we hope to be able to help the construction of preventive mechanism of mass incidents in Northwest Minority areas.
