Ethnic Minority Areas In China During The Transitional Period Of Mass Incidents Management Research

Contemporary China is in the industrialization,urbanization,informationization,marketization and internationalization of the important period of strategic opportunities,is also a prominent contradictions and disputes,and a turning point of social transformation,some areas in the process of social development such as land,their children to school,medical care,housing and resettlement for the demolition,labor and employment,income distribution,production safety and social security,the ecological environment of potential risks,once encounter certain social conditions for the potential risk will become a reality,cause the social crisis,triggered mass incidents happen.Ethnic minority areas in China during the transitional period of the occurrence of mass incidents,are both the natural and historical accumulation for a long time,also with the rapid economic development in China,is closely related to the dramatic transformation of the society,is the primary stage of socialism social contradictions intensified external performance.In this paper,according to the basic principle of marxism and points of view,on the basis of the theory of marxist social conflict in-depth analysis in the ethnic minority areas in China during the transitional period of social crisis the causes,characteristics and regularity of mass incidents happen and its performance,in full,on the basis of theoretical research results at home and abroad of the reference,proposes countermeasures through system thinking and analysis.the minority areas of economic development of our country during the transitional period of lagging behind,income is unfair,the difference of regional culture,the early warning mechanism,public opinion control delay,bewitch opposing factions,etc.,under the condition of certain social interests inevitable contradictions and disputes,and sometimes may be some large,deep impact,heavy mass incidents.Party committees and governments at all levels through accelerating the economic development of ethnic minority areas,promote the profit distribution fair and smooth traffic conflict resolving channels,improve the system of economic compensation,social sharing social conflict management measures such as development,innovation,positive response to social crisis,governance is necessary mass incidents.
