Research Of Constructing Government Image Based On Administrative Micro-blog

Over the past 20 years,the application of the concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge in our country has made great achievements,however in the part of design and construction,kinds of specifications are different,it has brought many problems for designers and constructors to carry out works. The form of the current arch rib is relatively single,and the current arch rid exist a lot of problems in practice,so the research of a new type of arch rib becomes a valuable subject. Beacause of excellent mechanical properties of rectangular concrete-filled steel tube and the characteristics of easy buckling of the rectangular steel tube,putting forward a new kind of rectangular concrete-filled steel tube arch rib stiffened with PBL,and using the finite element method,making a test design research of this structure. The study is a expansion of applications of the rectangle steel tube concrete stiffened with PBL,is also a abundance of the arch rib structure. It has important theoretical significance and engineering application.With the currently economic globalization and political multi-polarization, dominating cities and government departments shape and recommend their images through broadly participating in global economy,and constantly promoting regional developments. In practical process,administrative micro-blog is the part of ruling resources of the Party and Government. It is getting more and more concern and attention,for its interactivity,immediacy and widely impact on government images.A good image is the requirement for government to win the public. Also,it is important resource for building the city card. Because of the influence of public nature concept of government,the government image is divided into two parts of actual state and virtual state. Restricted by primacy effect and subjectivity,people shape cognition and criticism of the virtual state image,which is not the whole image to reflect objective reality. Administrative micro-blog is a specially socialized communication tool with strong propagation force. As a new media channel,it has great effort on creating a good,transparent,and credible government image.Since the first year of micro-blog in 2011,administrative micro-blog has came into operation period after test and developing period. It gets much praise and recognition for its immmediacy,interactivity,personification,and individualization. However,its influence and credibility do not achieve desired results,because some officials do not pay enough attention to the administrative micro-blog topic,do not respond strongly and lack of effective management mechanism. The public sometimes even generates resistance and rejection,which has a negative impact on government images.This paper analyzes the specific way and actual effect of administrative micro-blog for establishing government images,and clarifies the faced difficulties and challenges. Based on building perfect operation mechanism of micro-blog and establishing a friendly pragmatic operation concept,this paper aims to find a new way to construct the government images,which must be beneficial to fundamental interests of people,refering to outstanding administrative micro-blog experience.
