The Study Asked Holistic Governance From The Perspective Of Network

Starting from the basic concept and characteristics of the network asks politics of holistic governance, discusses the applicability to the network asks politics; secondly, through the analysis of the network of Zhejiang County in Ninghai Province, " mass thing run well " network platform instance running situation and ask political achievement, find shortcomings and problems existing in the organization management, check constraints, solving practical problems, data analysis and so on, at the same time, " mass thing run well " network platform and other area network asked political platform, comparing the advantages and disadvantages, the political consciousness of the network to ask common administration practice of not enough, asked the government capability is not strong, weak binding, asked the government function system can not fully play other problems; finally the holistic governance theory, proposes the effective path to further improve and develop the network asks politics, from the promotion department coordination ability, establish the supervision system of technology assessment, integration, broaden the reaction channel data analysis to provide basis for decision making perspective, explore the construction of governance mechanism of a perfect network.This article in the absorption related literature based network asked political theory and practice, is a county network governance mechanism as the research sample, the holistic governance theory from multi azimuth angle to the network asked political issues, highlight the practice of politics in the network, so this is more significant in the theory and practice.
