Research On Cooperative Governance Of Network Mass Disturbances Of Social Organization

Immediately our country is in the context of economic transformation and social transition, the interests of imbalance and diversification of value points, expose the social conflicts which have hidden behind. With the high development of the information technology, internet provides us convenience and freedom make it become the new carrier of the social group. These highlighting malpractices make tests to the governance of social. The network mass disturbance focuses on the second rejection of controversy of the new media in the society. The results influence the stability of society which should attract our attention.The author conducts analyses on typical mass disturbance on Internet from 2009 to 2013, supported by relevant theories, and finishes the survey of the following five parts: the first part explains the meaning, characteristics and reasons of network mass disturbance; the second part systematically defines the concept of social organization, supporting theories and qualifications to participate in social governance; the third part makes up for defects of government managing, and analyze the possibility and feasibility of social organization to participate in managing the network mass disturbance; the forth part elaborates on the difficulties and their reasons of cooperative governance by social organization; the fifth part comes up with suggestions for cooperative governance by social organization based on the management framework of government-oriented and cooperative by social organization.That government cooperative by social organization governance the network mass disturbance is the urgent need of government for social organization to participate, the special mission endowed by the time to social organization and the brave attempt of our innovation in social governance reform.
