Study On The Development Pattern Of New Rural Community In Henan Province

New rural community construction is the necessary way to change China’s urban and rural structure of two yuan, is the important magic weapon to solve the three rural issues. Construction of the new rural community carries a double benefits to the people and the dream of rural system innovation. Since the beginning of this century to carry out this great project effect, on the one hand, the new rural community construction changed farmer’s production and life style, on the other hand the improvement of rural living standards and living environment. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively summarize the experience in the construction of new rural community, at the same time, can be accumulated experience to guide the next step of work is the key to the rural community construction inspection of success and failure.Between China’s urban and rural due to various reasons lead to the lack of the necessary communication and exchange, two yuan of economic structure caused by the income gap between urban and rural residents is widening, the subjective reasons are the only pay attention to the construction of economic aspects, while ignoring the rural community construction, the need to focus on the quality of personnel and public services, the reason of the objective aspect rural community public infrastructure is poor, the apparent lack of the investment. In this context, the CPC Central Committee put forward the "this is a great step of construction of new rural community".The new type of rural community in the process of construction, the first of Xinxiang city belongs to Xinxiang County, Yanjin County, Huixian City, the three regions to adopt a different model of rural community development model, and the three kinds of development patterns depend on economic, cultural, social status, and three modes of experience characteristics; and then the these three models were summarized, put forward the important theory and practical significance of the new rural community construction has. The comparative analysis and summarizes the development characteristics and conditions of three kinds of mode of development,through the comparison of development pattern analysis, the applicable scope of three kinds of development mode respectively, and finally put forward the corresponding suggestion.Then the paper to the Xinxiang County, Yanjin County, Huixian City, 56 administrative village 1950 as an example, the use of questionnaires and household interviews, in-depth investigation in Xinxiang County, Yanjin mode, Huixian mode mode, there are three kinds of new rural community development model different in several major outstanding issues, has carried on the empirical analysis and Study on the three kinds of new rural community construction in the existing mode.Three kinds of different development model has its applicable conditions and applicable background, with respective applicable scope. Different regions need according to their own characteristics to formulate a development path suited to their own development model and reality, can not copy, nor a mechanical imitation of the experience of other regions.
