Research On The Implementation Path Of Rural Vitalizatuin Strategy In South Village Under The Mode Of Social Planning

This research chayouqianqi south village in Inner Mongolia as the research object,review history,south village,south village development present situation,elaborated south village in social planning mode gradually get rid of the process of“enclave psychological ”label at present,mainly focused on the study of enclave area in enclaves with geography space concept is unique in this paper,the research object is a “enclave psychological ”south village,in this research is one of the problems the attribute of the “enclave psychological ”in south village has become an obstacle to the implementation of local social and economic policies,resulting in the poor effect of the social and economic policies carried out here for a long time.In the final analysis,it has affected the development of the villagers in south village and caused many problems.This is the reason why this paper takes south village as the research object.This research uses the field study,supplemented by interviews and participatory observation two types of data collection,and supported by the socialwork,from the angle of social planning model,expounds respectively from three aspects,namely the formation of the south village enclaves psychological and affecting enclave psychological analysis of the policy implementation of causing trouble and in rural social planning model under the guidance of the revitalization of the implementation of the strategy in the south village,in-depth understanding of rural development construction change and influence on the south village,analysis in the process,is not really get rid of the psychological state of enclaves south village.This article concluded that the country the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating indeed has a significant impact on the south village,also points the way for the development of the south village,but entrenched JiNing people thought,and compared with chayouqianqi,jining more rich resources advantages and development mode,makes the south village,still can't get rid of the psychological state of enclaves,did not solve the problem of enclave psychological,the state will exist for a long time to sum up,by sorting out the problems that still exist in south village and taking social work as the foothold,several suggestions are put forward to clarify the role and significance of social planning mode in the rural revitalization strategy and emphasize the role that social work can play in rural construction.
