| The China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone(herein after referred to as the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone) is the first Free Trade Zone(all the free trade zones proposed in the thesis are domestic unilateral free trade zone) in China(all the China proposed in the thesis mean the mainland area of China),which is in line with international standards, and the establishment of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone complies with the requirements of our country’s economic development and opening to the outside world, and its establishment is conducive to promote China’s economic development and promote the upgrading and transformation of China’s economy and further expand the opening of China and its establishment also opens the road of establishing other China’s Free Trade Zone. And the construction of the legal protection system will provide a powerful guarantee for the normal operation and development of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone and it also will set a example for the construction of the legal protection system of Guangdong and Fujian and Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone and China’s future Free Trade Zone at the same time.This thesis is divided into three parts and the first part mainly analyses the background and process of the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone and the type and function positioning of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. As the key part of this thesis, the second part explains the innovation and imperfections on the basis of introducing the main content of the existing legal protection system of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. The third part is mainly to put forward some thoughts and suggestions for improving the existing legal protection system.The construction of the legal protection system of Shanghai Free Trade Zone will have a strong demonstration effect. So studying on it are of great significance whether in theory or in practice to and this is the value of this thesis. |
