Enterprise retiree socialization management in China is an important content of the reform of pension security policy, it refers to the workers for retirement formalities,the management and service work of separation and the original enterprise,annuities executes socialization to extend over the city streets and communityworkers, the implementation of territorial management, by community service organization to provide the corresponding management services. With the function of community service and constantly improve and perfect, community service projects and extending, the steady development of enterprise retiree socializationmanagement and service work, their quality of life and level of continuous improvement, to a certain extent reflects China’s old-age security system consummation and development.Urumqi municipal Party Committee, City Hall vigorously promote enterprise(especiallySOEs) returned to service work, in order to adapt to the economic development, to meet the demand of the times, is the important measure, is a direct way to safeguard the fundamental interests of the people, it is an important guarantee to achievestability and unity of the capital. 200000 retirees from enterprises to participate in basic pension insurance in our city has been included in the scope of social management. In addition, according to the actual situation, the flexible employment of retirees have been gradually incorporated into the scope of social service management of retired people. But in the specific management and service for enterprise retirees, there are still some problems, such as social management funding channels for a single, community service platform construction is not perfect,and the enterprises to change the ideas of problems and so on, these problems hindered the advance retreat pipe work process, which greatly restricts retireesdignity. This is not only to ensure that contributions to national construction, reform and opening up, retirees enjoy the fruits of economic development, but also will become the major social problem and petition, affect the stability and unity of the development of the capital. At the present stage, how to resolve these problems, improve the enterprise retiree socialization management service level is worth discussing.This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the background, significance, object, method and content; the second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study, to provide theoretical support for the analysis of the core content of this article; the third chapter introduces the management achievements and shortcomings of our society; the fourth chapter is the domestic and foreign social management practice, provide practical experience for the socialization of the city based on the fifth chapter, to analyze and solve these problems, the sixth chapter summarizes the above research and forecast.
