With the rapid development of our society and the continuous progress of public utilities,it is difficult for a limited government staff to perform the tasks of increasing social governance and public services.A large number of socialized workers have entered government departments and have been applied to all levels of government.However,due to the lack of systematic and scientific management norms,problems have emerged,and social labor management has become an unavoidable new problem in current administrative management.How to build a socialized employment management mechanism that not only meets the employment needs of grass-roots governments,but also regulates orderly and legal compliance is a realistic problem that grass-roots governments need to solve urgently and is also an urgent need of the times.This article is based on the perspective of grass-roots government,cuts through the Zhonglou District of Changzhou City,and uses public management theory to select literature research,comparative research,and in-depth interviews.By investigating the current status of socialized labor management in Zhonglou District,Changzhou City,the qualitative and actual status of socialized labor is elaborated,and the main existing problems and reasons are analyzed.Aiming at the problems of irregular recruitment system,dual-track treatment system,inadequate daily management,vacancy of withdrawal mechanism,and limited career development,it puts forward suggestions to standardize recruitment methods,improve treatment guarantees,strengthen daily management,adjust positions in a timely manner,and establish a promotion mechanism.This article combines domestic theoretical research on socialized labor management,and aims to inherit the research results of previous generations,based on the perspective of grass-roots government,analyzes the related management problems and reasons in socialized labor management,and combines the theory of human resource management It tries to study the management of socialized labor from the perspective of practice and exploration,and puts forward effective suggestions for the management of socialized labor at the grass-roots level,and innovates from the perspective and point of view.The paper has 7 pictures,2 tables,and 72 references.
