New Type Rural Communities Construction Under Urbanization

Urbanization is a necessary process for economic and social development,not only the the expansion of economical capacity、the city’s boundary extension,but also guarantee fairness and justice、improve the quality of life in in the rural region,it is very meaningful.New type urbanization is the guarantee for the healthy improvement of our economy.Our traditional urbanization is not suitable for our economic now.so,how to make our economic improve in a new way is very important.This paper is research on new type rural community construction at our age.new type rural construction is different from traditional rural community.it make social relationship much better 、 administration system much effective.compared to traditional community it has many features,first it makes people living in a area,which can make us saving much road.second,it make rural economic connected to city and this can help rural community to develop their own economic.beside this,it can provide more public service to local people and let local people take part in more political activities.New type rural community construction is a hot issue in our day.and it is helpful to our urbanization and rural community development.the new rural community change its old way to develop the economic.in the new urbanization and new community develop mode,it make the people for the purpose of economic development.E Zhou is the first reform text zone at Hu Bei province,it accumulate much experience for the construction.This paper is divided to for parts.at the first part,it introduced civil and aboard views at new type rural community construction and it make some definitions for a little concept.. At the second part,it give the definition for the new urbanization and new rural community,and tell people why we make these construction,in the follow,we make sense of the connection between new urbanization and new type rural community.at the third part,we make a sentence to the basic information of E Zhou,based on E Zhou’s construction,we can make a conclusion about the achievement and deficiencies on construction.at the final part,we put forward suggestions.
